To apply for the IAMS Money back guarantee you will need to complete the following steps:

Step 3:
We will send you an email within 24 hours to confirm receipt of your refund request.

Step 4:
Once we receive your receipt and the proof of purchase we will process your money back guarantee payment which should be in your bank account within 10 working days.

If the email stated that you did not return the correct proof of purchase or receipt you will need to submit a new order and resend your receipt/product.

Yes, we will be unable to process your money back guarantee application if you do not send us the original receipt or the proof of purchase. We will be unable to accept photocopies and scanned copies, altered, manipulated or cut receipts. Please ensure that the date of the receipt is clearly visible otherwise your application will be invalid.

No unfortunately, we are unable to return any receipts. You can be assured that any sensitive information on the receipt will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.

Please allow up to 28 working days from the date you received your payment confirmation email. If your application has been unsuccessful you will receive an email explaining the reason.
